From your electricity bill to a signed, defensible renewable power deal

We work for the buyer: what renewable power saves each plant, which model fits and which offers deliver, with every number traced to its order.

What we do for you

1

Savings assessment

We analyse 12 months of bills, the load profile, voltage and contract demand for each facility. You get landed cost and savings for open access, rooftop and combinations, on the charges in force when power will flow.

2

Business model choice

We compare third-party PPA, group captive and owning the plant on 25-year cash flows, IRR and risk. That includes what captive status asks of you each year.

3

Developer offers on one basis

We run a request for quotation with suitable developers and convert every offer to landed cost at your meter, so they can be compared like for like. Then we support the term sheet.

4

Open-access approvals

We support the application and documentation and follow up with the state transmission utility, the load despatch centre and the distribution company, so the first application is a complete one.

5

Ongoing regulatory monitoring

After signing, we tell you when a new order changes your savings: surcharges, banking, transmission, or your captive conditions.

6

Multi-plant portfolios

For companies with plants in several states, we build one consolidated plan: which plant, which model, in what order.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, typically 8–12 weeks to a signed term sheet

Open-access approvals and plant construction then usually take another 9–15 months before power flows.

Who we work with

  • Manufacturers and commercial buildings with 100 kW or more of contract demand
  • CFOs and plant heads who need a number they can defend
  • Sustainability teams working to RE100, SBTi or customer requirements
  • Groups with plants in several states

How we are paid

We agree the fee before we start: a fixed fee for assessments, and a fixed or success-linked fee for procurement support. We tell you in writing how we are paid. We do not build or own power plants.
