All plants, any make
Solar, wind, hybrid and storage in one portfolio view, with every inverter, turbine, logger and meter mapped to one data model.
Monitoring for solar, wind and hybrid portfolios: every lost unit explained by its cause and priced in rupees, from the SCADA and loggers you already have.
The last two are where ClimeQuant is different: we know what each unit is worth under each state's rules.
Solar, wind, hybrid and storage in one portfolio view, with every inverter, turbine, logger and meter mapped to one data model.
Expected against actual, by month and year, with the gap split into weather and each technical cause.
Duration, mean time to repair, lost units and lost rupees for every fault.
Soiling loss by block, a cleaning log, and a prompt to clean when the lost units are worth more than the cleaning.
From module to grid meter, and from gearbox to pitch: trends caught before they become breakdowns.
Tickets raised automatically, with SLAs and a scorecard for each team and contractor.
Day-ahead and intraday schedules, deviation charges by plant, and what tighter tolerance bands would cost you.
Units generated, delivered after losses and credited in each consumer's bill, with banking, RECs and CO₂ for BRSR.
An example portfolio of seven Gujarat plants: four solar, two wind and one hybrid, 229 MW in all. The plants, faults, consumers, spares and contracts are illustrative. The loss rates, tolerance bands and emission factor are the real values, from the same parameter library as our research. Click around: every number on every screen adds up.
The demo needs JavaScript. It shows portfolio KPIs, each plant's blocks and turbines, the loss from budget to actual, forecasts against deviation bands, a check of consumers' bill credits, and maintenance, spares, warranties, compliance and O&M contracts.
Each layer works on its own, so you can start with the first and add the rest.
| Layer | What you get | Solar | Wind |

| 1 · Asset mapThe map | Every block, inverter, transformer and turbine on the GIS map of ClimeQuant Twin, with its land, drawings and warranties. | Drone orthomosaic and thermal scans | Turbine layout, feeders and pooling substation |
| 2 · Live dataThe data | SCADA, logger, meter and portal data in one model, every 1 to 15 minutes. | Monitoring to IEC 61724-1 | 10-minute SCADA data (IEC 61400-25) |
| 3 · PerformanceThe physics | Expected output from the weather actually measured, and a cause for every gap. | Irradiance, module temperature, soiling, shading, clipping | Power curve per turbine, air density, wake, yaw |
| 4 · Early warningsThe warnings | Fixed rules from the first day, and learned models once 6–12 months of history exist. | Strings, inverters, transformers, cleaning | Gearbox, bearings, generator, pitch and yaw |
| 5 · CommercialWhere we are different | Forecasts and deviation charges, revenue against each contract, bill credits and banking for captive and open-access consumers, RECs and CO₂. Priced on the same cited charges as our Open Access Charges Tracker. | ||
Monitoring tells you what broke. Asset management makes sure the right part is in stock, the warranty claim goes in on time, the O&M contractor pays for missed availability, and no inspection or permit lapses. A fault, a work order and a warranty all point at the same inverter.
See it in the demoThe Plant Health Check reads your generation CSV in the browser and shows breakdown days, under-performing days, data gaps and the gap to P50, priced at your tariff.
Tell us about your portfolio. An engineer will call within one working day to plan a pilot, usually on your existing inverter portals so that no hardware is needed. How we connect your plants.
No. AssetWatch reads from what you already have: inverter and turbine makers' portals, data loggers, plant SCADA and meters. Where a plant has none, we fit an edge gateway.
Any inverter, turbine, logger or meter that speaks Modbus (including SunSpec), OPC UA, IEC 60870-5-104 or IEC 61850, or that has a portal API. The demo above has seven makes in one model.
Expected output is calculated from the irradiance, temperature and wind actually measured at the plant. Weather therefore explains only the gap against the annual budget (P50). Breakdowns, curtailment, soiling and under-performance are counted against the expected output, so each technical loss has an owner and a fix.
Yes. A consumer view shows each consumer's units, bill credits and CO₂ by month, ready for their BRSR report.
AssetWatch is about performance and money: lost units, revenue, deviation charges and bill credits. ClimeQuant Twin is the map of your portfolio: land parcels, equipment, operations and maintenance. They use the same data and work together or on their own.
A one-time integration fee per plant, based on the number of devices, and an annual fee per MW. We give a fixed quote after the site survey. Forecasting, drone thermography and advisory are optional.
